Refund policy

• Refunds are not available for Yuri Skin products.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will provide a replacement after verification.
• If the exchange is requested due to the customer's own choice, the customer will be responsible for both-way courier charges.
• Please send your claim with clear photos or videos via WhatsApp: +92 320 0432565 within 7 days of delivery.
• All claims are subject to verification. Claims may be declined if the product has been opened, used, damaged, or if the issue is not found to be from our side.
